Northern Ireland Peace Process

The Northern Ireland peace process is known world wide however the most important components of the process which made the agreement possible are often overlooked. Particularly known for the “Troubles”, the conflict lasted decades and throughout that time numerous attempts to resolve it through negotiations failed. It was only when the process was redesigned to include all actors, to address all issues and all sets of relationships, what became known as the totality of relationships that agreement was possible.
